Leadership in Organization Self-understanding

I was assigned to write a report with my group members  on ‘Self-understanding. The purpose of this report  and it help me a lot because I was the leader for this group and it help me a lot in developing the leadership skills ,communication skills  between the members of the group and how to makes all the things clear to them .

Reflection

Before I was afraid to being the leader of an any group because the leader of the group if he don’t know how to organize the members and if the leader don’t know how to deal with the problems so the group will fall dawn  so after I try in this group to be the grope and it help me in develop my leadership skills.    

Management of al-khalidiya road (alkhobar) to improve its safety

My teacher wanted to develop leadership skills in me and assigned to do I group and I be the leader of this group to improve my leadership skills and develop the leadership skills and communication  skills between the members  of the group . I used my analytical and research skills to evaluate. And it was about alkhalidiya road management and we wrote about the history of this road and how it cost the government.

Reflection

This assignment helped me in developing the leadership skills and understanding the qualities and styles of leadership. I got to know that initial failures must be taken as the steps of the success and a true leader is the one who learns from his mistakes. odule:”login”,
